Return and Refund Declaration
Every order from Dr.Mamma has a 14-day return or refund guarantee. This entitles you to claim a refund or replacement within 14-days of receiving your items. To make a claim, please follow one of the options below.
Situations when we refund
- Product issues
We are focusing on providing high-quality items for you. However, if you received the goods does not match what you ordered or the products have some quality issues.
- Item out of stock
If you purchase goods and we are unable to ship them out due to a stock shortage, we will contact you by E-mail. We will offer you the choice to either refund or wait for stock.
Returns and Refunds Process:
- We will need you to send us a return request within 14 days of receipt of the product by writing to [email protected]. Please provide “reason for return” with sufficient details, for example, show the photos of item(s) quality-related issue or wrong size to us by e-mail.
- We will then send you detailed instructions to return the product to us. Returned products must be unused, in the condition they were in when received by you, include all additional parts included in the order and repackaged into its original package or an equivalent. The product must be returned immediately after notifying Dr.Mamma of a return. Note Dr.Mamma however, reserves the right to accept or reject a return request.
- We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.
- For both canceled orders & returned products, the refund amount will be credited back only through the original mode of payment that was used to make the purchase.
- We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy. We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product. Under this policy, the shipping charges will be borne by the buyer. We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.
- If the package should be lost in transit during the return, Dr.Mamma will not be responsible. We highly recommend you to use a reputable courier company to return the product and share with us the details like the Courier Name, their website and tracking number to track the shipment.
Additional notes: The merchandise offered in Dr.Mamma web store is presented in the format of digital images of existing merchandise. Since our products are 100% natural and handcrafted there may be natural variation in terms of colors and finish, these minor divergences of the photographs from reality do not constitute a defect of the ordered merchandise.
- Please note that personalized products like towels are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
- Goods are not covered by our 14-day return or refund policy if:
- Goods have been worn and damaged, stretched or contaminated.
- Goods were damaged or worn out by improper use.
- Goods are returned without included accessories.
- Goods are stored or exposed to extreme environments;
- Unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration or improper installation;
- Partial goods of complete sets are returned;
- The claim is made more than 14 days after you received the goods.
We understand that sometimes you may have a good reason to cancel an order and we respect that. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your order amount will be refunded. Any fees that are charged by service providers will be applicable.
